HBP Monpellier Limited - Company ProfileHBP Monpellier Limited was formed in 2001 by Christine Davison and Ray Walton, as an independent business in Carlisle, to provide specialist software services for both individual companies and other IT dealers in the North of England and South of Scotland. Christine Davison has a background in software development for the SME business sector, while Ray Walton trained for 3 years to be an accountant, before moving into the IT industry as a trainer / implementer of small business systems. Before forming the company the Directors had worked together for some years in other companies, and have implemented over 300 systems for small businesses. The Directors have always emphasised the need to provide the most suitable system for the client, so that an excellent long-term business relationship can be built up. They will always go 'the extra mile' to ensure a satisfied customer - quality of service being paramount. This quality of service can be provided because Monpellier specialise in a small number of products, so that they can be experts in these products, rather than having a more general knowledge of a larger number of products. Monpellier are Platinum Partners for Iris Exchequer Enterprise - the award winning accounts package, and Winner of the Best Mid Range Accounting Solution award for 4 consecutive years (1998-2001) . Monpellier offer full support and bespoke services for the entire range of Exchequer products. Monpellier work extensively with the Pegasus product portfolio for which Christine is an Authorised Third Party Developer, and the company is one of only 8 Gold Certified Partners in the North of England. Pegasus Opera II is a ground breaking 32 bit accounts package, developed and enhanced from the original Opera product, and both the old and the new packages can be tailored using bespoke routines, to fit the clients needs. Both Exchequer and Pegasus have links into KCPOS - exciting new EPS software provided by our sister company - Kamarin Computers. Monpellier are leading the way in North of England for retail systems with KCPOS, providing as it does an extremely flexible, yet stable EPOS system which links seamlessly with the back office accounts package. On this product range Monpellier provide consultancy, training and implementation. If any weak areas are identified in a particular system, bespoke software can be provided to 'plug the gap' and ensure that the client gets a system that works for them, rather than having to change their operations to fit in with the software.
